British Gas - service - 11 straight no shows

We have their top contract - and have booked 11 visits over 4 months only to have each one cancelled without notice

Has anyone else had the same problem ?

We find they are usually very good. 11 no shows is not acceptable. Have you complained to them?

I think divorcing them is probably a good idea. That's not a great relationship you have.
