Joint ownership, paid in over 9 years. Split a year and a half ago, wife and 2 children still in house. Husband living an hour away with parents. Horrible commute to work daily. Can not afford to live closer alone as no money to do so. All tied up in house. Petrol becoming an issue too.
Is there anyway to be able to sell the house so everyone can move on? Anyone with any experience please?
