Ive been with my fiancé for two years. We have a one year old daughter together. We were living with his parents till we get on our feet. Today it all kicked off between us all, he is stopping me from having my daughter and says I will never see her again.

What steps do I take to have her back with me? Btw his name is on the certificate

You need to see a solicitor asap. If you fear him taking her abroad then ring the police.
It is illegal to stop you having access to your child.

The police wont do anything if no order in place its social services you need and call the womens centre/aid
