A year later and I'm still 😢

How do I get through this? Found out he didn't love me any more last November, he told me it was over in July, we have a 2 year old together who he will see twice a week but I have to see him every day at work.

Im still completely in love with him, sometimes I can go a few weeks and not cry whereas other days I'm an emotional wreck.

When will I feel better? Xx

Seeing him everyday wont be helping at all. Is there no way round that?

Thanks for your replies. I think I'm going to have to. This is torture otherwise. I love where I work though, I've been there longer and really don't want to go. My friends are there and I'm really lucky with my job but I hate this situation so it is something I can do. Thank you x
