WTF My Ex is donating my furniture WDID?

Long story but my ex is residing in our old home. He was completely obstructive to my access to get my things, and had asked me to leave the furniture until he could arrange some of his own. Anyway, merrily shopping in my local charity shops today and to my complete horror found my furniture for sale. My ex had clearly given my furniture away. What do I do now?

If you can prove its your furniture in would be speaking to the charity shop and showing them reciepts and asking for them back as they were not his to give away, do you have a solicitor you could speak to also
