It is a self contained unit in an industrial estate - not one that has turned residential, but an active industrial estate. Not designed to be residential and in close proximity to a cement factory. I am worried about her safety and health problems from cement dust. he has chosen this place because it is cheap, but he could affford better no problem. am i being unreasonable to be concerned?
