Does the respondent get issued the Decree Nisi?

Hi all

As the respondent in my divorce do I get issued with a copy of the Decree Nisi or does it just go to the petitioner? If he fails to apply for the absolute I know I can do it after 42 days plus 3 extra months from Nisi issue, but how do I know when that would be if I don't get a copy originally?

The Nisi has been applied for, I just wondered if I got a copy when it's issued.

Thanks

You get the Certificate of Entitlement, and then the decree Nisi. Does the court have your current address?

Yes they do. Thank you!
