It did happen previously a couple of days ago, having those massive fights every now and then. We've been together for 9 years already and with 3-years of marriage but it feels like all of sudden he's acting a stranger on to me and keeps on looking for a thing that could make both of us into a conversation fight. And to briefly say all of it, we lead onto a divorce. For what I'm asking right now is about the finances and debts information that doesn't give any hint on me, what I mean is that there are several ways of the financial information was adequately disclosed.

"One of the common factors of divorce litigation is disclosing the financial information during the process in both parties, in this method, the court will equitably and equally identify and distribute the asset or liabilities of both side." Read this along on a blog post that talks about divorce and family matters. Is the revealing of financial statement really that required? Can anyone give clear light on this?

High value for the comments and ideas. Thanks.
