I have initiated a divorce because of his behaviour to me and kids. We are not in a position where we can leave him. And so we are living in this hellish situation . He signed the petition but things haven't moved on from that as he is now refusing to pay agreed sum. Sum agreed to be paid was stated in letter from his solicitor to mine. He is also refusing to cooperate any further with anything and is insisting I stay married to him until kids are all 18 .
