Just joined the forum as I need a bit of advice on my issues as well. The Ex has never been thruthful ir transparent regarding his affairs and finances. Long story short we are divorced since feb but he did not like the court’s final decision so he began immediately an appeal! Pending appeal the court ordered that the sale of FMH to stay! Just a month before the appeal hearing he insists on bringing an estate agent for rental appraisal! The court order clearly states that the home will be sold in the open market! Can he sell his share without my knowledge or consent? Thanks
