Urgent - link to government type divorce guide someone posted - can't find it now

Someone posted a really good official and up to date guide for divorcing couples on here recently. It was maybe from the courts system or a Government department and i can't find it now.

It gave the guiding principles, advice etc. Anyone got it and can post the link please?

Ah sorry now I have taken a closer look, that isn't it. It had a similar format but was written for parents not professionals.
