Any good divorce lawyer recommendations?

My partner's divorce has been dragging on for over 11 years! When I met him they had been separated for 8 years already but just hand"t got round to legalising it. They are amicable, have tried mediation, various lawyers have come and gone and the whole thing must have totted up bills into the tens of thousands by now. Complicated? I hear you say? I think not - she has no children to support (both kids now in their 30's,) has a nice owned outright and a job and has been receiving generous (£1000+) monthly payouts from my partner ever since they parted. And yet still she cannot agree on a settlement. I think it's the lawyers - hers encourages her to ask for more and his lacks balls, basically.
What we need is a gutsy lawyer who can cut through all this dithering and get us a divorce quickly, even if it costs hard in the short term. So if anyone out there knows of such a dynamic person please tell. Or advise if you think I'm barking up the wrong tree here.. Thanks.

Whereabouts are you?

I think the reality is that she doesn't want to get divorced, probably as she feels better financially protected as all his assets including pension will be increasing all the time
