Can I proved he’s living with someone?

My STBXH has always denied he’s got a new partner. I have recently heard from mutual friends he has and they’re living together.

Is there a way to find out if this is true and would this affect my financial order as he now has someone to share living expenses with whereas I don’t

This is very difficult to prove, I think they would have to be on the electoral register as living there.

Just going through this. As I understand it
if they are living together (or plan to within six months) he has to declare it on his Form E. The new partner's income etc is then taken into account as is the fact that some costs are shared.

My ex is living with his new partner abroad but as she has kept her flat (for the weekends he comes to see the kids) I have no way of proving that. It's most annoying but I am just having to rise above it
