STBXH of 28 years likely to speak again

As is. Separated Oct 2016. Last contact initiated by him Nov 2016. He initiated separation. I finished the deed by moving out. Relief all round.

I find it so so sad that after 28 years marriage that it is possible that he has no urge to contact me. Know this is a man thing. But how cold.

I, in the other hand. driven equally by my emotions, want to share when something interesting has occurred or about the children.

Know this coldness reason I couldn't stay with him and my 'neediness' the reason he can remain absent.

Just thinking publicly.

Not been through it. It sounds as if ypu need to break the habit of 28 years and find someone else to share the good stuff with. I dont mean a romantic partner- a family member or good friend.
