Hi all, Just looking for some advice . I am going through an acrimonious divorce and am 5 years into it -long story , Anyway , my stbeh during the proceedings decided to sign over the property as a beneficiary of trust (3/4 of the property 0 ,which my mil lives in rent free last 15 odd years to her. I am in rented with the children . Will the judge reverse that order in my favour at all ? Or can anyone offer any words of wisdom. Thank you . I was advised to put a home rights notice on it which mad him angry .
