reinstate the my case/dismiss my husband's case/ financials settlement

Good day
In 2013 I applied for the divorce and it appeared that my husband has already applied a week before without telling me. So it took a few months for his barrister to write to the court in order for my case to be ordered to Stay. It appeared then that he hasn't applied neither for Decree Nisi nor for financial order and everything has stopped.
After 4 years of living together under the same roof and not having family life I discovered that I can reinstate my case and continue divorcing.
I had advise from the court's customer service to fill the certain form and send it to the court. On the Wikivorce website I had an advise
to fill the form for dismissal my husband's case paying £155 and either to start the new application or if the court allows to reinstate my case.
In a meantime I am worrying about the financial part of the divorce as
I have spent 10 years of my life living with the person who treated me rudely and abused me verbally and emotionally. I also had ten years of sexless life. And would wish to have a fair financial settlement.
But need an advise. My husband wasn't fair with his actions, as he hired the barrister and they did everything behind my back.
I don't know what to do?
will I have the chance to win anything or will he leave me without a penny?

Go to see a solicitor and they will be able to advise you on your own individual situation.

Thank you for reply. Had solicitors until they stopped the case temporarily and now disappointed, paid lots of money, didn't get anywhere.
