Who can I get to contact ex fuckwit during divorce without a solicitor?

I'm looking for a service, like an intermediary, as I haven't got a solicitor. I don't really want to deal with him as he's abusive but I still have to have contact for the DC's and impending court case.

I don't want to ask friends or family really.

What do you need to say to him? Can't you do it by email?

I do do it by email but i hate it. It makes me feel sick. I have asked for friends to read them first on occasion. It takes the sting out of it. I would quite happy pay (if it was cheap enough) but I can't find any service that does this kind of thing. I don't have a lot of money left.
