I'm looking for advice and opinions on what to do as I really feel stuck.
I have a 8 and a 6 year old daughter they live with my self and current partner with whom we have a 1 year old son together. They spend every other weekend at there dads but recently our situation has become very sticky in regards to the fact that he has recently moved about an hour away from my location and he refuses to give me his address of where he has my children. I recently spoke to a solicitor and had advised me that this is not right and i.should be entitled to know where my children are. So I have been advised to not let them go and if he wishes to start court proceedings then so be it. But he is threatening to tell my daughter's that I am stopping the girls seeing him. His words were how are you going to tell our children that you won't let them see there dad? ( I have stated that he can have them at his mum's address but he refuses this idea and still refuses to give me his home address)
Do I be honest with the girls and tell them why? I'm just worried they are still to young and don't want to upset them?
I would be very grateful for some opinions on what to do! Thank you
