Finally threw my abusive husband out. He has previously been diagnosed with a personality disorder but refuses to get any treatment. He keeps turning up at the house to do DIY but is nasty and abusive when he does. Has threatened to throw us out (as he has sole rights to house, pays mortgage and bills), then flip flops and agrees to counselling.
My question is how do I lay down ground rules for the separation that he will abide by? Stupid question, but how can I stop him being verbally abusive short of calling the police? Will a mediator sort out a financial and access arrangements even just for a separation?
Oh and I am six months' pregnant, just to make this more fun. DC are 3 and 1 and blissfully unaware.
