It's been a traumatic month again with my husband's mental health issues and this time I feel quite ill myself. The things he had accused me of this time thru his delusions are unforgivable and I know after Christmas we will have to seperate. Just now I'm in limbo trying to keep things calm for my 3 and 7 year old for Christmas. At one point he said to me that if we do seperate he will make sure he tells our kids it's all my fault that mummy wants to break up the family. He is so cold to how his latest episode has left me...half hearted sorry and just expect to be all normal. I'm living a nightmare. X
