Anyone know if after the 3 year plan I can change my plans and say it is not viable to move/sell? -4 dcs under 16

Impossible to say. Maybe. Quite possibly not. It depends on the drafting of the order and is extremely technical.

You need to get advice. Were you unrepresented at FDR? It's not just reading it, there are complicated rules about what can be tweaked and how.

Yes I had a barrister butcher don’t have direct contact with her have ex h first refusal to buy in 3 years but for 50% of the equity
