book recommendations for explaining to separation to kids

Anyone got any reviews of books to read to help tell the kids that H and I are separating and ongoing advice/support on how to minimise the bombshell we're about to drop??

How old are your children?

Mine were quite young (3 & 5) when we separated and we found "Mum and Dad Glue" brilliant.

They are 4 & 7 - do you think it's still relevant at those ages?
