Hiya looking for a bit of advise if anyones been through anything similar.
In 2014 my mum was granted access to my daughter through a c100 order that ended 8 months ago when She started school.
Due to her nanas poor mental health I have now stopped the contact.
Because of this she said she is taking the case back to the court.
I am just wondering if she can do this?
