He has always been rubbish at any sort of admin or form filling. He doesn't bother to read the instructions because he is too arrogant.
The divorce petition has now been returned to him not once but twice because of errors in filling it out. Supposedly he got it checked by his SHL (who is a Rottweiler who he has since fired and moved onto another lawyer. It would be beyond belief except that it's him, so it is completely believable!
