Someone for the kids to talk to

I think my dd is taking our breakup very hard. She just says everything is fine no matter what.

Is there anyone that she could talk to? Organisations? Or would school have someone? I do t want it to be massively obvious it's to talk about how she feels as I think she'd clam up - I was hoping for something casual/informal

My eldest took an Elsa course in school that helped (emotional learning support). There was a waiting list but I spoke to the head and both of my children were placed on it. It was very beneficial in helping them talk about their feelings

Most schools have an emotional support worker, my sons class ta was this person and she was very helpful.

Thanks both. I might have a chat with school then - see if they have someone
