Hello mummies 
So here's the issue. Me and the father of my little girl broke up at the beginning of 2015. We didn't speak for a long while due to his new gf at the time having an issue with us in contact regarding our little girl. He's now no longer with her and we have been able to have a long chat and we are now friends. Since this chat and leaving his ex gf I have seen him in a different light. He looks the best he's done for a very long time. He is nice to speak too. Keeping in mind I am with someone and have been for a year or so. I feel awful!! And fighting these feelings as much as I possibly can. My man is lovely and have nothing negative to say about our relationship. He treats me as any man should treat a lady etc. I feel so awful!! And I do not know what to do. I know I'm a bad person and want to know how to deal with these feelings!! The father and I had a relationship where we were both easily jealous (him more so than I) and I hardly saw my family when with him...once a week on a Sunday.
Help me please. Just some advice or peace of mind
