Hello. Please, my spouse stated in the acknowledgement form that she intends to defend the case but the 29 stipulated date passed already without getting an "Answer". Am a bit confused in what section to fill in the Decree Nisi. Will it be Section A (Undefended Case) or Section B (Defended Case) since I didnt get the answer from her.
