I'm looking for recommendations for a lawyer and/or barrister who are real fighters - my current lawyer seems to have lost her oomph (or to be honest never had it).

I'm looking for personal recommendations of barristers who deal with finances in divorce - who have dealt with financial abuse and have got them a good deal. Ex is self employed also. I am the parent with care (he has every other weekend).

Carter Bells solicitors in Kingston did a good job for me, although persistence and tenacity were more necessary than an aggressive approach.

See that's what I need my solicitor isn't asking questions AT ALL! I'll have a Google thank you.
