Ex H not fulfilling terms of the financial order - feeling lost and scared

We had our court order agreed a few months ago and he still hasn't given me the assets agreed in court. I'm feeling really bad about it as it looks like I'm not going to meet our joint mortgage payment as he's also cleared out our joint account.

I'm struggling to keep my head above water...I can't work as he left me disabled and he's not paying minatenance etc. Can anyone hold my hand? I've spoken to my solicitor but of course he said we could seek a legal enforcement in court but can anyone tell me about the process etc? I feel so awful about this and have had many sleepless nights. He's been abusing me for so long and I thought it was over at laast. I guess that's not the case ;-(

Is it possible you could contact police about him not paying up?

Big hugs though!ChocolateFlowers

Could you contact your bank? If there was a court order in place, it maybe that he shouldn't have been able to empty your joint account.

Your solicitor can tell you the process. Just follow the legal process. It is court ordered. He will have to comply. I know it's stressful and exhausting but just keep on plodding through the legal process till it's done. It will all come right in the end. Flowers

Sorry to hear of your troubles.
I wondered ....Have you registered for any disability benefits? The cash might not arrive for a while but would be dated from when you claim?

With your mortgage, your lender should be sympathetic. They may be able to change the interest rate/repayment/hold any letters. Banks don't need any more bad publicity right now. Try not to worry about the mortgage.

CAB might be able to help with both.
