Anyone know how I can intervene on non-resident, unemployed (Dutch) father of my 7-year-old niece stop his bullying attempts to get greater access to the child, please?
My sister is getting very low after more than a year of this nonsense/calls from his solicitor while trying to hold her demanding teaching job down/finish her Masters.
He seems to think that if he has more custody my sister will then have to support them both.
She is at end of her tether and if it goes to Court she says he can have the child (despite being primary carer all niece's life).
This is not a good outcome and we are all worried the mental toll this is all taking.
He needs a shot across the bows and told to back off but how can this be done remotely? (I'm in UK they're all in Netherlands) If anyone can offer suggestions or has knowledge of this field I would be very grateful to hear from you.
Cheers
