Revisit of Court Order after husband lied

Now that two cases have been challenged after it was proved that the husband had misled the court with his assets, is anyone else out there doing it? I have known for 19 years that my ex lied, and am debating whether now is the time to stand up for myself?

I guess it depends on how much you have to gain. Legal aid almost certainly won't fund it so you'll have to pay to pursue it. Is it really worth it? If so, get yourself a solicitor and get on with it!

The cases that were challenges were multi million pound cases and not 'run of the mill' and took many years to sort.

You will need to a see a solicitor.
