So I applied for the decree nisi a week or so ago, he's not contesting and agreed to pay the fees however, I drew up a deed of trust agreement re the family home in May and he wanted a clause in it to say any profits find ghere way to our kids eventually not my fictional new husband and children, to which I said fine, in May.
He has a solicitor, I don't, absolutely nothing is moving forward though, what's the protocol with these things please ?
Oh and he wants a form E completing - why - I've got nothing but the family home which he agrees is coming to me so I don't understand the reasoning - he hasn't sent me one !
