Notice for acting in Person- where is it?

I am being driven mad by being unable to find this form which I need to download and send off urgently. I have been up for hours and can't find it anywhere. I'm so worried - I can't even find a bloody form. It doesn't bode well.

If anyone knows where I can download it from or even the number of it I'd be really grateful Tia

Is this for divorce proceedings in the County Court where you intend to replace your solicitor(s) by representing yourself? If so, you can give notice to the Court as per the following and serve a copy on the other side (i.e send it to the respondent if you are the petitioner and vice versa):

Hope this helps - I'll check back later today to see if this what you've been looking for. Basically, all the court wants to know is where to send documents and presumably your address for service will be same as your home address, but if doesn't have to be if you'd prefer to have correspondence sent to you elsewhere.

NB. Try as I might (and I have many times!) I can't make the form align properly: the case number should be further to the right and Notice of Acting in Person should be centred rather than being on the left hand side of the page.

Thank you - Ive spent most of the weekend dealing with this and the whole thing is a nightmare. the lawyer I had before I couldn't pay her anymore and she refused instalments - wanted to be paid upfront - couldn't think of a solution and he's going to have a solicitor and a barrister. He's going to end up with everything, I can see it.

What stage in the proceedings are you at and are you the petitioner?

I'm completing the form e to send to court and his solicitors. I petitioned for divorce and got one, but he refused any offers of settlement and maintenance and just wants to go to court- he wants the house sold, and half my pensions. He doesn't care if the DC and I are homeless, he says it's my fault for divorcing him. He has run up loans which he says are mine as well as he did it whilst married, which my lawyer agreed with even though they aren't in my name, or in the UK.

Am I correct in assuming that the nisi has been pronounced but you have been advised not to apply for the absolute until financial and childcare/contact matters have been concluded?

Have you participated in the mediation process?

What were the loans for, when did he take them out, and are they in his sole name? Are any of them secured against your house? What are the ages of your dc?

I'm divorced - have been for months. The children's order is done. He took out loans which are in his name only and no they aren't secured against the house. He has refused mediation as he lives abroad and my lawyer at the time said in our case mediation would be a waste of money.

His lawyer has told him I'll be forced to sell the house and that's what he wants. He is looking forward to his day in court.
