How can I get stbxh to sell the house?

We delegates in August and I moved in with parents.

He promised me he would put the house upon r sale straight away.

It's going to be November at the end of the week and e keeps coming up with excuses.

I want t sold asap so I can move on and get a place of my own.

How to I get him to move this forward?

Delegates = seperated !

Why are you waiting for him to do it? If you part own the house then surely you can find an estate agent to put it up for sale for you?

Also, when you do, make sure that an agent goes with whoever is viewing, to ensure your XP doesn't tell any tall stories re the property. like mine did !

If you jointly own you both have to sign so neither owner can solely do it without a court order.
