Are these correctly worded and suitable for unreasonable behaviour reasons?

I separated from my ex 2 months ago and am living back with parents since then.
I fell out of love with him over a long spell of emotional abuse lasting years and it getting worse over the past 9 months.

Would this be suitable and worded correctly for the D8 form i am filling out? (i am doing without solicitors as no children or money other than house)

The respondent kept financial secrecy from the petitioner

The responden has regularly disregarded the petitioners opinions and ideas and uses sarcasm and teasing to put the petitioner down

The respondent has humiliated, put down and made fun of the petitioner in front of other people.

Do you need to give such detailed info? Unreasonable behaviour can be persistent unpleasantness. I would say emotional abuse, unkindness, persistent unpleasantness and derogatory comments. Did you know it's quicker and easier to file for separation?

Wont it mean that if im separated officially that i will still be married though?
And then have to go through the divorce filing at some stage later on ?

I thought the reasons i gave above were very vague and any more vague might not be enough, but i can certainly make them vaguer!

my 'unreasonable behaviour' petition was a one liner. I just put 'he tried to kill me' which was true. you really don't need much detail and its very hard to defend divorce proceedings (ie disagree enough to stop a court granting it). it helped i had a restraining order and a thing to stop him coming within one mile of me.

Judicial separation is useful if you need to be ending the marriage before a year has passed since 'separation' ie you/he moved out. it also sorts out finances quickly. But divorce is definitely better! make sure you are not doing yourself out of any money that you should be getting from him - i know you are broke but dont risk it

I would put

The respondent did not divulge his financial status to the petitioner which placed stress on the relationship

The respondent refused to take the petitioner's views into account when decision making which caused distress to the petitioner

The respondent frequently belittled the petitioner causing distress to the petitioner

The respondent has not maintained a sexual relationship with the petitioner since (date) causing distress to the petitioner

Etc

I was told you needed 6 examples.

Mine were worded like that and the court accepted them

Also having a few with dates (e.g. haven't shared a bedroom since. ..) Is good for demonstrating that this has been the situation for some time.
