court order and maintenance

I have decree nisi and stamped court order for maintenance and capital from 1st June. I had the June maintenance 2 weeks late, July 5 days and still nothing for August. He's taking the DDs away next week (this country)
and am tempted to stop him.. but I have plans without DDs that I don't want to cancel.

I haven't applied for absolute but can now the order is back. Just waiting for solicitor to confirm there's no issue in applying for absolute whilst the property we are selling is in legals..

has anyone been through the process of enforcing a court order, in a similar situation or have any advice?

I'm just so frustrated, it seems like he promises everything but cannot deliver. No wonder I feel much happier now we are not together!

Contact and money should never be mixed.
Write to him about late payment stating that if he continues to pay late you will need to take further action. If that fails take advice from your solicitor about the next step.

Equally when he has the children don't feel obliged to pack them any clothes etc so he has to kit them out entirely from top to bottom.

Then they get a little taste of what children cost
