Can Ex object to me living with new partner????

I separated from my ex in july 2013 and have been with new partner since nov 2013. We are officially separated. Since jun 2014, my new partner stays 2/3 times a week and just this month my new partner and I have bought my ex out of his share of my house and plan to move in together in a few months. My children have been consulted through the whole process as has my ex. My ex has intimated that he would like to go ahead and divorce in next few months to avoid any heartache later on. Can he have any objections to me living with new partner with regards to kids?

not his decision who you live with, provided the dc aren't around a potentially abusive man what reasons would he have to object to ? good luck with your new life together.

I would keep your mouth closed until all the paperwork is done, they tend to get a bit funny about this sort of thing

beware of reducing your need for income etc due to you both living there as the disclosure I filled in said were living arrangements going to change within a year if so a new order ould be drawn up

not, fair comment on what you say but the order could be changed when dp moves in, exh will probably request it, he, hopefully will pay for his dc but not for the comforts of dp to enjoy, and quite rightly so.

Are you in the marital home? If so I hope he has an order that means if you move someone else in you have to give him his share. My brother has that.

Sorry you already bought him out. He doesn't get a say then but realistically wait until after the divorce
