I started the process of mediation as my DH (seperated) and I have some issues we can't seem to resolve on our own. He appears to think he's legally obligated not to speak to me now???
Obviously we have some serious issues but for the most part were able to be amicable and hadn't yet decided if our seperation would lead to divorce or reconciliation
He now thinks he legally obliged to only communicate through the mediator and he has 4 months before she'll refer the case to a court???
Iv heard none of this from the mediator.
