I could do with something to read which is not to heavy and I can flick through instead of trawling the Internet on statistics / percentages of men that return to family after affair !!!
I know realise that my long marriage of 25 years is over as dh is in another relationship and doesn't love me . I need to continue to accept this and get out if this void of utter sadness and loss and wonder if a book might help ?
I am starting definitely to feel like I can do this and would appreciate any recommendations ... Even open apps which maybe use hypnosis or similar . Maybe something which helps my confidence in the future too .
TIA x

From the emotional side you can try "How to have Healthy Divorce" and "Starting Again: How to learn from the past for a better future" from Relate

From a practical side the Which? guide to divorce isn't a bad stating point.

However it may be worth considering relationship counselling, not to fix the relationship but to help come to terms with the breakup. Alternatively if you are depressed your GP could help.
