my husband filed for divorce on 29th July, my solicitor sent back the acknowledgement slip on 1st September (delay because of my solicitor being on holiday and his solicitor didn't answer our letter and still hasn't so had to file anyway).
I have a mediation session tomorrow afternoon, he has refused to go. Can I file for the child arrangements order and a financial order before the decree nisi has been issued?
