Mumsnet

Hi there,
While on holiday visiting his family in the middle east, Discovered photos of husband in bed with one of our employees who had only started work for us for a month. They were both on a mattress in the guest room in our home... Few pics in her string panties while his is in his boxers both hugging each other... one pic of her was taken from the back with her naked bum showing.. few other pics with her tongue sticking out kissing him on the lips:((
sorry for being so explicit, but will these be enough to prove adultery and in our own home we actually share with our 3 children aged 15, 11 & 2 year old)?
I showed them to my sister in law (his brothers wife...) she told the brother who confronted my husband in front of another brother and his wife and both my husbands parents.
He didn't deny it and said it's his house as well and that he can bring whoever he wants.. Then turned to me repeating the same and adding that he has the right as a Muslim. We live in London where we got married in 1997.
Should I tell the kids?
I called the employee and asked her to leave. She said it wasn't her fault as he told her that we were separated but living under the same roof!
Back to London now, he is still saying that he would bring girls to our home whether I like it or not.
Please help. Thank you

What a charmer. I've no idea about the ins and outs of the Muslim faith, but by most people's standards that's blatantly adultery. I would get yourself tested for STDs.

Have you got yourself a solicitor? I'm really sorry you have this horrible situation to deal with.

He sounds lovely ..get a good solicitor and I would have thought in the eyes of British law then yes the photos will certainly help. Make copies though just incase the original goes missing.

Hi there,
Thank you for your messages, I just came back from being away for 3 weeks and trying to catch up with paper work, household and occupying the 3 kids...finding a solicitor is a priority but I need to find a good one as knowing my sociopath husband, he will manipulate everything to his own benefit, he better not have custody of the kids or see them on his own, he will wash brain them into hating me, get my daughter to wear the scarf at least when they go to visit his family in the middles east....
He is asking me to sell the house we live in to fund for a smaller one for him to move out and for another one for me to live in....both my kids and I love the house we live in and are not keen to sell itSadSad
