I need some advice - I need to do my positioning statement for next week's court hearing and at the moment i've been suckered into (because I felt guilty) letting my husband see Drew twice a week with supervised visits from his mum. But I've now seen that his mum has left him alone during some visits and also they call me Drusila (i presume they mean Cruella) and the C word and other names (maybe even around my son?) and he's still sleeping around. I don't want my son to be part of that kind of environment going forward and I feel I've been very foolish and not strong enough to stop visits so far.
So, any suggestions of what I can propose for visitations going forward? I am massively concerned about the impact of my husband on my son's emotional wellbeing. Cafcass are also involved and will suggest a section 7 report??
