What mortgage companies will lend taking benefits into account ?

The Coventry said they only use the annual wage and the natwest calculator gave the same amount as Coventry.

I've just been in Halifax website and they do take tax credits into consideration ! They offer much more.

So they consider you if you only work part time?

Barclays and woolwich do. They only consider maintenance if it's via court order. Also if your income is likely to go up/down on previous year, it will affect your credits too

Yes Barclays offer the same as Halifax, weirdly without even asking about tax credits, just in my wages. I have been with Barclays for general banking forever , I wonder if that makes a difference , either way it's a much better offer than Coventry
