Ex has lied on so many figures on his Form E....

Exchanged Form E's. STBEH has lied about figures/info in loads of the sections. Am getting a list together of all his 'lies' and will forward to my solicitor. Just wondered will he be allowed to just correct his errors of will the courts be informed /consider this in my favour when finalizing a deal? (Am assuming we will be going to court as nothing has been amicable).

He can't just make up figures, documentary evidence will be required. Your solicitor will probably write to him seeking clarification/evidence and hopefully subtly remind him about full and Frank disclosure/perjury

Thanks MOSagain. Lucky I'm on the ball with his finances otherwise he would probably get away with it. Am so annoyed that he has tried to lie (yet again). My solicitor is away for 2 weeks and the question I asked was bugging me.
