Can XH palm off dc on friends/girlfriend?

xh insisted on having 50:50 care of dc but a lot of the time they are with his GF when he works late.

What can I do about this? They don't seem to mind but I'd rather they were with me. :(

you cant do anything.....wont you ever need a childminder or babysitter?

No - I always ask him first and I work around the children so I can see as much of them as I can.
