Hi, I am hoping to remain in the marrital home after divorce. H moved out over a year ago.
A court is unlikely to rule that the house be sold due to negative equity after selling costs and the relative cost of renting in this area.
I am unclear as to how the house is made to be solely mine.
Will he be taken of deed? Will existing mortgage company agree to me taking on the mortgage based on the maintenance payments I will recieve? Child and Spousal.
Would really appreciate any insight.
