I have had my petition returned to me twice now because I am not putting in the details as per my marriage cert, apparently. I thought I was being so careful to do so, but I'm obviously messing it up somewhere.
Can anyone tell me exactly what goes where? I don't know if the format of certificates have changed, but mine is only 18 months old, if that helps (yes, it went well!!).
