Just about to send petition

Have printed off the Internet: divorce petition and statement of arrangements for children. I have made 3 copies, one for me and two to send into court. H has signed the last page of the statement for arrangements for children but only on one copy, if I photocopy the signed sheet and attach it to the other copy, will that be ok? I really don't want to ask him to sign it again if I can help it.

That will be fine. I normally just get one copy signed and photocopy it.
Assume you've also got your marriage certificate to send?

Thank you MOSagain, yes, I've got my original marriage certificate, two copies of both of the forms and a cheque for £340 payable to the court, just put in an envelope all together, is that right?
Thank you again.
