Exchange of Form E

So today stbxh has finally got his solicitor to send his form E to my solicitor. He promised he would do this 6 weeks ago but still...

I have been waiting for this step to happen, but now I have no clue what goes on from here.

Any general advice would be helpful, my solicitor is expensive enough, so don't really want to ask lots of questions that maybe I should know the answers to!

TIA

You need to make an appointment to see your solicitor to go through husband's form E - your sol will then prepare a questionnaire, chronology, and statement of issues.

You should really be asking your solicitor where you need to go from here.

Thank you. I guess I was hoping that I wouldn't have to sepnd much more money on it, but I suppose it is inevitable.
