My ex is taking consent order literally and won't hand over our children to the childminder that we have had since children were born, for spite,as he wants me to lose time from work to collect and hand over the children would mean me losing time and probably losing my job if I do this regularly.(order says pick up and return by parent child already residing with.)50/50 shared care.I don't think it means childminder can't pick up any more and only parent can...please advise if possible.

Is it worth speaking to a soliciter about it? If he's being an arse and following the letter, then I'm not sure what you can do, unless you get a joint agreement over it. Sorry!
